The membranes we install

Four low-slope assemblies, specified to the building’s exposure, traffic and service loads.

SBS modified bitumen membrane being torch-applied — Two-ply SBS modified bitumen, torch-applied. High puncture resistance and redundant waterproofing for trafficked strata and commercial decks.

EPDM rubber membrane roof with skylights — Single-ply EPDM rubber in wide sheets, minimizing field seams. Excellent UV and weathering performance on straightforward residential low-slope roofs.

White TPO membrane roof with vents — Hot-air welded thermoplastic with a highly reflective surface. Reduces cooling load on large open roof areas and meets energy-code reflectance targets.

White PVC membrane roof around vent stacks — Hot-air welded PVC with superior resistance to grease, chemicals and ponding water. Specified for commercial kitchen exhaust zones and mechanical rooftops.
